Hello there!
If you found your way here, there are probably some questions about SharePoint you’d like to have answered. If you value your time, please read this page and understand the steps on it.
1. Craft a question
Before trying to get any sort of support, decide what the question you’d like to have answered. It should be detailed, well researched and understandable. If you’ve already done this, great! Move on to step 2. If not, take the time to really think about what it is you need help with.
2. Ask the right people
Check out the list of resources to the right. Most of them can probably answer your questions but not all are the right place to ask. Try to start with some of the self service resources at the top before you contact Help Desk or the SharePoint Team. If you do contact someone, try to share as much information as possible. The more they know, the faster they can answer your questions.
3. Share the solution
If you think your solution might be valuable to others (hint: it probably is), share it with co-workers and add it to your group’s knowledge base. If you’d like to add an article to this site, email the SharePoint team.
